She also has extensive experience in venture capital fund raising and mergers & acquisitions. Deb holds a B.S. degree from Florida State University, an M.S. from University of Miami and attended the Executive MBA Program at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. |

David holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a B.A. in English Literature also from UC Berkeley. |
