Deborah Goslin Named Chief Executive Officer of Encirq Corporation

Experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to Extend Encirq’s Leadership in Device Data Management

BURLINGAME, Calif., February 06, 2007 – Encirq Corporation, the global leader in device data management and the creator of DeviceSQL™, today announced that its board of directors has appointed Deborah Goslin as the company’s chief executive officer. Chartered with leading the company through its next phase of rapid growth in the burgeoning device data management market, Goslin succeeds founder Mark Vogel who will continue as a strategic advisor and member of Encirq’s board of directors.

Goslin brings over 25 years of experience in high-tech and data management sales and marketing to Encirq. A serial entrepreneur with an exemplary track record in the development and execution of business plans for many successful start-ups, she has held executive management positions with Adaptive Planning, NetBrowser Communications, Platinum Technology, Comdisco, Ingres, Metaphor and Shared Medical Systems. Goslin has a bachelor of science degree from Florida State University, a master of science degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine and attended the Executive MBA program at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
