Encirq Partners with Korea’s Largest Embedded Distributor

Exclusive Agreement with MDS Technology Co., Ltd. Expands Encirq’s Reach and Strengthens Support for Korean Customers

SEOUL, Korea, Mar. 20, 2007— Encirq Corporation, the global leader in device data management and the creator of DeviceSQL™, today announced an agreement making MDS Technology Co., Ltd. its exclusive distributor in Korea. MDS, the country’s largest distributor of software products and professional services for embedded systems, will distribute, sell, support and market Encirq’s award-winning technology to enable the rapid growth and adoption of Encirq’s DeviceSQL framework in Korea.

DeviceSQL is used for implementing high performance data management capabilities that increase the feature-richness, performance and usability of consumer electronic and in-vehicle infotainment devices. As the emerging standard for device data management, DeviceSQL enables customers to implement custom data management solutions optimized for performance, footprint, scalability, portability and control while realizing the productivity gains of a high-level, domain-specific language for data definition and manipulation.
